1. Introduction

Bonify Ltd. d/b/a AION Safe (“AION,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes the privacy and protection of personal information seriously. By visiting our website or accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected from or about you by AION. The purpose of this document is to help you understand what information is collected from or about you, how this information is used and protected, and what options you have with regard to this information.

We operate a comparison and marketplace platform that helps you shop for watch and jewelry insurance from third-party insurers in the United States. We are not an insurance carrier nor an insurance broker - we compare offers from licensed insurers on your behalf. Any insurance policy you activate will be issued by the insurer you choose, and not by us. Our services are directed to US residents only.

2. Information Covered by this Privacy Policy

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, our use of the term “Information” means any and all information we receive from or about you. This may include (without limitation) information collected from you directly or indirectly, manually or otherwise, or via electronic, automatic or other means, including (without limitation) via stationary, mobile, or any other devices. Such information may include information (i) which you provide during the course of your use of our website (the “Site”) or your use of our services (the “Services,” together with the Site, our “Platform”); (ii) collected about you and the technology you are using, and (iii) which we receive about you from third parties or other sources.

Information is divided into two distinct categories:

• “Non-Personal Information” means Information which does not personally identify a person.
• “Personal Information” means Information related to a natural person that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the person, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers, as well as other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing.

Our Site and the Services we provide are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly accept as users or collect Personal Information from or about children under the age of 18.

3. Acceptance of Terms

We obtain and use Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will ask for your consent before using Personal Information in a manner other than as set out in this Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using our Services or visiting our Site or submitting Information through the Services or via our Site, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, and use of your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the collection, use, disclosure, storage, transfer, and processing of your Information, including your Personal Information, as described herein.

If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use our Site or Services.

4. How We Obtain and Collect Your Personal Information

We collect Personal Information as follows:

Information you give us directly:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
• Information about the items you are insuring: brand, model, serial number, photos, and estimated value.
• Any messages you send through our contact form or support channels.

Information we collect automatically:

• IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (derived from IP), pages visited, and referring URLs, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information we receive from others:

• If an insurer or partner confirms that a quote has been issued or a policy has been bound, we may receive from such insurer or partner limited status information for tracking and compensation purposes.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive Personal Information as part of the standard work flow. If a partner insurer later requests that information to bind a policy, that collection happens on the insurer’s own site and is governed by the insurer’s privacy policy, not ours.

5. Cookies

We, and the third parties we may partner with, may store and retrieve information on and from your browser by placing a small text file called a “Cookie” in the browser files of your computer, smartphone, or other device. By using the Services or the Site, you agree that we may use, store, and access Cookies on and from your computer, smartphone, or other device. 6. Non-Personal Information

Non-Personal Information may be collected, processed, and used in accordance with applicable law, for any and all purposes we deem fit. Generally, the Information we collect is used for our own internal purposes, for example, to improve the Services and the Site, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to improve customer service, and to improve AION content and Site offerings, and may also be used by us to contact you to provide you with information which we believe may be useful to you. We believe that these uses allow us to improve the Services and our Site and to better tailor them to meet your needs.

7. How We Use Your Information

In general, Personal Information you submit to us, or that is obtained by us, is or may be used to:

• Create and manage the business relationship.
• Generate and display insurance quotes from our partner insurers.
• Contact you about your quote or application, including by phone, text, or email, consistent with the telemarketing consent you provide (see Section 9 below).
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our comparison Platform.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Send service-related and, where you’ve consented, marketing communications.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

In addition, we may create anonymized information from Personal Information by excluding information that makes the Information personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymized information for internal purposes, such as analyzing usage patterns, to enhance the Site and Services, and we also reserve the right to use such anonymized information at our discretion. Such anonymized information may be deemed to be Non-Personal Information and used accordingly.

8. With Whom We Share Your Information

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose nor share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you ask or authorize us to do so.

Pursuant to this Privacy Policy, we may disclose or share your Personal Information as follows:

• With insurers from whom you request quotes.When you submit a request, we share your contact details and item information with the specific third-party insurers involved in generating your quotes, so they can price coverage and, if you proceed, issue a policy. Those insurers are independently responsible for how they handle your information once received; please review each insurer’s own privacy policy before completing a purchase.
• With service providers. We use vendors that help us run the platform - for example, hosting, analytics, and customer support tools. These vendors are contractually restricted to using your information only to provide services to us.
• With advertising and analytics partners. We work with analytics and advertising partners who help us understand site usage and, where you have not opted out, deliver relevant advertising. See Section 9 below for details and your opt-out choices.
• For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AION, our users, or others.
• In a business transfer. If AION is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor privacy policy.

• We share Personal Information only with the insurers from whom you have asked us to obtain quotes, and with service providers who help us operate the Platform.
• We do not share Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, other than the insurers you have selected to generate a quote.
• You may opt out of having your NPI shared with a specific insurer before a quote request is sent to them by declining to include that insurer in your comparison, or by contacting us at raz@aionsafe.com before submitting your request.

9. Marketing: Calls, Texts, and Consent (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

We will always obtain your consent to direct marketing communications where we are required to do so by law or if we intend to disclose your Personal Information to any third party for such marketing. If you wish to stop receiving marketing communications, you can contact us at the address set forth in the “Contact Us” section below.

If you provide a phone number and check the consent box on our quote form, you agree that AION and the specific insurance partner(s) generating your quote may contact you at that number by phone or text, including using automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or AI-generated voice or text, to discuss your quote request.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still request quotes by leaving that box unchecked and asking us to follow up by email only.
• You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, telling a caller to stop calling, or emailing raz@aionsafe.com. Revocation stops future AION outreach; if a specific insurer already has your information, you may need to contact that insurer separately to stop its outreach.
• We identify, at the point you give consent, which party or categories of parties (AION and/or the specific insurers matched to your request) are authorized to contact you. We do not treat a single consent as blanket authorization for every insurer in our network - only for the insurer(s) actually generating your quote.

10. Retention of Your Personal Information

We keep your Personal Information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Information is processed. The length of time for which we retain Personal Information depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights. We generally retain quote or proposal information for no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires a longer period. We generally retain technical and analytics data for up to 13 months.

11. Legal Bases for Our Use of Your Personal Information

We rely on both your consent and our legitimate business interests as the legal bases for processing Personal Information.

In this regard, we use your Personal Information when necessary (a) to perform our obligations under any contract with you; (b) to comply with our legal obligations (for example, complying with our legal and regulatory obligations); and (c) for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of others (for example, to ensure the security of our Site or Services). If we rely on our (or another person’s) legitimate interests for using your Personal Information, we will undertake a balancing test to ensure that our (or the other person’s) legitimate interests are not outweighed by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require protection of the Personal Information.

If we rely on your consent for us to use your Personal Information in a particular way, but you later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us at the e-mail address set forth in the “Contact Us” section below, and we will stop doing so.

12. Links to Other Websites

The Services and/or the Site may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. The provision of such links does not signify our endorsement of such websites or their content. We have no control over, do not review and are not responsible for, the privacy policies, terms of use, or content displayed on such other websites. Please check the policies of these other websites before you submit any information to them. Please be aware that the terms of our Privacy Policy do not apply to any outside websites.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our Services or our Site, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guaranty. The transmission of Information to or via our Services is at your own risk.

14. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have some or all of the following rights, depending on your state of residence:

• Right to know / access the Personal Information we have collected about you.
• Right to correct inaccurate Personal Information.
• Right to delete Personal Information we hold about you.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing of your Personal Information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit use of sensitive Personal Information, where applicable.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
• Right to appeal if we deny your privacy request.
• Right to designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

To appeal a denied privacy request:reply to our denial email with “Appeal” in the subject line, and we will respond within 60 days (or as required by your state’s law).

15. Electronic Communications Consent

By providing your email address and using our Services, you agree to receive certain disclosures, notices, and communications electronically. Where required by the federal E-SIGN Act, we will obtain your specific consent before sending you legally required disclosures electronically, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time by posting a new version on this page or on a successor page. The new version will become effective on the date it is posted. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and you agree that your continued use of our Services or our Site shall constitute your acceptance of any modifications to such Privacy Policy, so please review it frequently.

17. Contact Us and Opting Out

If you wish to exercise any of your rights in relation to your Personal Information, including exercising your opt-out rights, please send an email to raz@aionsafe.com or use our Contact page with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity using the information reasonably necessary to confirm the request is yours before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once by 45 additional days with notice to you).
